Resentment Maps helps you step outside your resentment long enough to see what is actually keeping it alive. Instead of being pulled through the same thoughts, reactions, and inner arguments, you gain a clearer view of what your resentment is protecting, what it is costing you, and where you have room to act. The goal is not to prove that you were wrong to feel resentful. It is to help you see where you may be sacrificing more of your peace of mind, relationships, happiness, identity, and agency than is actually necessary.
